We have hired a large marquee that will be set up about 50 yards (45.72 meters if you must know!) from the lake edge and this will be available for 'indoor' exhibition material, we also have a number of 'pitches' for freestanding outside exhibitions. Both these are on tarmacadam hardstanding. We can supply electricity if you really cannot 'do solar'. Each exhibitor is allowed one free launching pass for a demonstration boat.
Setup time is from 5.30 pm on Friday 1st May until 11:30 am on Saturday 2nd. One car-parking pass is provided for each exhibitor. Break-up is from 12 noon on Monday 4th May, site to be cleared by 6 pm on Monday.
